Fall Job Fair
Wednesday and Thursday, October 14 & 15, 2009
Online Registration Begins: Wednesday, September 2, 2009 (Register for Fall Job Fair)
Event Location: Chumash Auditorium
Registration Fee: $475 per table
Recruit students from all majors for career, co-op, and internship positions. An informal networking session is followed by optional afternoon interviews. Employers must have open positions in order to attend. Job descriptions are required at the time of registration. Students from all majors and all levels (first year through alumni) are invited to attend. List of Majors
Registration Fee
The Fall Job Fair registration fee is $475 per table. Your registration fee includes:
- One 6 foot round table with linen and registration for three representatives. Additional representatives will be an additional charge $30 each with a limit of five representatives per table.
- Event advertising: The Fall Job Fair will be advertised on the campus electronic bulletin board, in presentations to classes, Mustang Daily ads and on the Cal Poly Home Page. All job opportunities submitted during the registration process will be advertised to students in the ever-popular Mustang Jobs.
- Continental Breakfast and Lunch
- Campus parking and shuttle service to and from the parking lot.
Fall Job Fair Agenda:
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Check-in, Table Set-up and Breakfast
9:30 AM –1:30 PM: Open forum/networking with students
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Employer Luncheon (the job fair will remain open)
1:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Optional: Pre-arranged student interviews*
*Employers will have the option of conducting interviews at their event table during the afternoon session of the job fair. You will be provided with a blank interview schedule. Interview sign-ups will be generated by the recruiters at the job fair as they speak with students and invite them to interview. Once again all interviews will be conducted at your event table.
