Martin Shibata is the Director of Career Services.  He is responsible for oversight of overall Career Services operations which include career development, on-campus interviewing, job listings services, job fairs, Cooperative Education, internships, summer jobs, employer relations, and local part-time employment.  He began working for Career Services in 1990, and has served as Director since 2004.  He has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Masters in Public Administration from CSULA.  He is an active member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and is chair of the CSU Career Center Directors (2007-09), representing and serving all 23 CSU campuses.
